Privacy Policy.

This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and what we expect families not to submit through basic forms.

The short version.

IEP Momentum collects basic contact details for the notify list and, once enrollment is live, may collect account, membership, and support-related information needed to run the service. We do not want families sending child records, IEP documents, diagnosis paperwork, or other sensitive details through the basic notify form.

What we may collect.

  • Name and email address when you join the notify list or contact us.
  • Basic analytics and site usage information, such as page visits and device/browser data.
  • Membership, billing, and account details when enrollment and checkout are live.
  • Support and service information you intentionally share through approved secure workflows.

What not to send through simple forms.

Please do not submit your child’s full name, school records, IEP documents, evaluations, diagnosis paperwork, or other sensitive education or medical details through the notify form or any basic contact form.

If document sharing is needed later, IEP Momentum will provide a secure member or approved support workflow for that purpose.

Why we use the information we collect.

  • To notify you when founding enrollment opens or when product updates are relevant.
  • To operate the site, improve content, and monitor site performance and spam protection.
  • To deliver membership access, support, and service communications once enrollment is live.
  • To protect the site, our users, and our business from abuse, fraud, or misuse.

How we think about sensitive records.

Special Ed Resource is not a school, but if parents later share education records through an approved secure workflow, we treat those records as sensitive and limit access to people who need it to provide the service.

We retain notify-list records, account data, and approved support records for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the business.

Vendors and platforms.

We may use trusted third-party services for hosting, analytics, email, forms, membership operations, and other site functionality. Those services may process information on our behalf.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to investigate misuse of the site or service.

Contact, access, and updates.

You can contact us to update or delete notify-list information, ask privacy questions, or request help with account-related data once enrollment is live. Questions can be directed through Special Ed Resource support channels.

This policy may change as the product matures. When it does, the current version on this page is the one that governs.
