Terms of Use.

These terms set the basic rules for using the public site, the notify list, and the future membership service.

General use.

By using IEP Momentum, you agree to use the site lawfully and in a way that does not harm the site, the business, or other users. You may not misuse forms, attempt to bypass security, scrape the site in abusive ways, or submit misleading information.

Pre-launch note.

At the moment, public pricing and notify-list pages describe a pre-launch enrollment state. Joining the notify list does not create a paid membership, guarantee a founding slot, or create immediate service access.

Once checkout and membership are live, the active offer details, cancellation terms, and refund rules on the pricing and account flows will control.

Current published policy.

Current public offer terms state a 30-day refund window. Completed review credits are non-refundable. If launch terms change, the then-current published terms at checkout will apply.

Content ownership.

The site content, branding, design, guides, templates, and membership materials belong to Special Ed Resource and IEP Momentum unless otherwise stated. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute paid or protected materials without written permission.

No guarantees.

The site and service are provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee specific school, legal, or educational outcomes, uninterrupted site availability, or that every piece of content will fit every family’s situation.

Reasonable limits.

To the extent permitted by law, Special Ed Resource and IEP Momentum are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on educational content. Your available remedies are limited to the service terms actually offered.
